2009 E-Discovery Trends

Almost half of the e-discovery opinions concerned sanctions, and sanctions were awarded in 70% of those cases, including 10 cases with terminating sanctions and five cases sanctioning counsel.

Hello 2010

Over the course of the last 5 years since this site has been on hiatus I have worked for organizations that  have had extremely restrictive social media policies. Free of those policies and back on my feet, I am hoping to resume blogging on topics of interest.
